★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很好吃味道實在沒其怪添加，不用去彰化排隊，生意很好，老闆很認真裝料，沒空跟你打招呼，一天一二百個爌肉，常常不到中午就賣完了，早上六點開始，想吃趁早。
 It’s delicious and the taste is really nothing to add. You don’t have to go to Changhua to line up. The business is very good. The boss is very serious about filling the food. There is no time to say hello to you. One or two hundred hunger meats a day are often sold out before noon, at six in the morning. At first, want to eat as early as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 經過卻總是錯過，終於下定決心試試看；本次點的是爌肉飯的基本組合-爌肉飯、白菜滷及湯品（個人較偏好豬血湯）老實說，爌肉真的有讓我驚艷的感覺，除了能選肥瘦程度外，整體鹹香十足，搭配滷透富含膠質的肥肉及入味卻又不柴的瘦肉一同咬下，再扒上一口淋上滷汁的白飯，接著再配上一段筍乾，天啊！多層次的口感及味道，在口中交纏，每咀嚼一口，皆是滿滿的幸福，這塊爌肉真的是極品！相較於爌肉飯，湯品及白菜滷的表現就顯得較為一般。
After I always missed it, I finally made up my mind to give it a try; this time I ordered the basic combination of 爌肉饭-爌肉饭, cabbage stew and soup (personally prefer pig blood soup). Honestly, 爌肉 is really interesting. I was surprised that in addition to choosing the degree of fatness and thinness, the whole is full of salty flavour, with the marinated fat and gelatinous fat and the flavorful but unsatisfactory lean meat, and then a bite of white rice topped with marinade. And then add a section of dried bamboo shoots, oh my! Multi-layered taste and flavor, entwined in the mouth, every bite is full of happiness, this piece of 爌肉 is really the best! Compared with 爌肉饭, the performance of soup and cabbage stew is more average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是一家想吃的時候不一定吃的到店，因為經常不固定店休⋯⋯除此之外沒什麼缺點了，就是好吃！
This is a restaurant that you don't necessarily want to eat when you want to eat, because the restaurant is often not closed...other than that, there are no disadvantages, it's delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間口味很適合我，吃一次就上癮了。可惜本人身材不支持我天天吃，不然肯定每天來一碗大魯肉飯配上大腸豬血湯，不過不部份我都外帶回家吃，跟店員告知湯多加一點也沒在客氣加到很滿，常常買的話女店員不用告知自動幫忙加到滿就甘心欸！老闆娘也會記住客人的口味要加辣或菜脯，老闆跟老闆娘不管長相都很親切的帥哥跟美女叫著，買完也會很親切的跟客人說謝謝！唯一缺點就是生意太好外帶跟內用都要等久一點，還有老闆開店時間除了星期一跟星期二固定店休之外，其它時間一般來說都會開店，但就是不知道會不會剛好沒開而已...所以不想掃興或碰運氣最好先打電話問看看有沒有開。

魯蛋從10元漲到15元滿有感的，大的魯肉飯也從店開張的35元到之前45元現在漲到50元了，已經不再平價了?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滷肉飯雖然都是肥肉但很好吃、又香又入口即化，缺點就是人多的時候環境會有點髒亂也是難免，希望之後能擴大座位!
Although the braised pork rice is full of fat, it is delicious, fragrant and melts in your mouth. The disadvantage is that the environment will be a bit messy when there are many people. I hope to expand the seats in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一定要給5顆星。不敢吃得肥肉的我，卻被這入口即化的瞬間感動，感覺得到店主們用心。小菜湯品也都很讚，食材新鮮，物美價廉，服務熱情。
可惜營業時間不固定，遇到開店時，會有想中樂透般的喜悅。
Must give 5 stars. I didn't dare to eat fat, but I was moved by this melt-in-the-mouth moment, and I felt the owner's intentions. The side dishes and soups are also very good, the ingredients are fresh, the quality is cheap, and the service is warm.
It is a pity that the business hours are not fixed. When encountering a store, there will be a lottery-like joy.
