Expect to waste a lot of time, be frustrated, and dumfounded. Email not replied, phone not picked up. Process changed from time to time but information not made clear and accessible. Right when you arrived nobody help you figure out what to do, no clear signs as well. If I knew I had to get the form first (and where to get it) I don't need to waste time waiting for my number to be called beforehand, and can use the waiting time filling the form instead. Security guy only speaks Chinese, turns out he would check your documents first before handing over the forms, hard to communicate and was clearly unhappy to help. They expect you to spend the whole day there waiting, and simply tell you that you miss something and had to come back another day, as if they don't care that some people had to travel a distance (even from another city, imagine Kaohsiung) and had to take leave from work just to be there.

Truly a great experience at the Indonesian embassy -- was very efficiently helped and serviced by two individuals who went out of their way to help me get a visa. When I got there, I was immediately asked what I needed and the nice woman was very patient and kind in explaining how to get it. One of the most positive interactions I've had at a government office. Thank you so much for your help!

I had a the most positive experience at the Indonesian Economic and Trade office. Upon arrival, I was immediately helped by the sweetest woman for my visa to Indonesia. Both her and her supervisor went above and beyond in helping me work through all the paper work and challenges I was facing. I am truly touched by these people's kindness and how tirelessly they worked to ensure that I received what I needed.

My wife needed a document for her bank in indonesia. We had to come back 4 times to get it done! Do they think that we enjoy so much going to this office that we must come back 4 times!? They didn't provide all the required informations and then they dared blaming us for their unprofessional attitude! We lost 850 nt because they didn't tell us there was a legal deadline of 14 days. I didn't know that kdei is so poor that we honest muslim must pay zadakah to them. they kept the money without giving anything in return.

Thank you for KDEI Taipei, especially for Pak Arif Sulistiyo and team in Trade department. They help us alot and with their hard work, the indonesian product such as coffee has been successfully recognized and we are able to penetrate into the market. Great Job and Well done Pak !!

I came here to apply for a visa, go to the 2nd floor. I had a really wonderful experience, the person who received my documents was very helpful and kind. Very satisfiedwith the service provided

now they also have indonesia exhibition center in 1st floor , we can see some of indonesian export product here.. (i think it must with appoinment or when they have an event)

I would like to give minus star for the customer service staff!! unfriendly and impolite staff!! the customer service is bad representative of Indonesia! I would like to ask the management to give proper manner lesson for customer service before hire them! its okay if you cannot help to solve the problem, but at least have some attitude!
