★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以一顆20元的水煎包來說,只有一顆星的價值,皮有Q,水煎包弄的跟肉包一樣,看不懂,口感反而怪,分開來的味道是好的,合在一起就,怪。醬料沒特色,辣椒不辣,純死鹹。以後不會再光顧。人員態度不奈煩,標價不清。紅茶17元,沒茶味,淡如水。今天買了3顆,1肉2菜,真的失望,而且吃不飽。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一顆肉的煎包二十元,裡面的肉汁很多,真的很多,所以我吃的時候一方面怕吃太多脂肪進到身體裡去,一方面怕吃得滿嘴油油的,所以有咬一口以後,把湯汁到出來再吃;肉餡還不錯,只是可能由於名氣太大,對他的期望太大,導致跟別的煎包比起來算是沒有太特別的地方,但是就是好吃,喜歡吃肉煎包的人會喜歡;現場還有賣高麗菜口味的煎包。
豆漿的部分,真的太稀了,稀到都喝不到都將該有的豆味,喝起來的口感像是用粉泡的(不確定),真的不好喝。
早上很早就開門了,六點半去時人不多。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皮脆又大顆,餡料很飽滿,只有鮮肉跟高麗菜口味,新竹吃過很棒的小籠包之一。外帶的醬料是包好一小包一小包的醬油跟辣醬,很方便但是蠻普通的,而且有點不環保。
生意很好,建議八點之前去買,不然常常買不到!
