1.第一個工作人員一問三不知 處理業務 連資費都沒有跟我說明 2.第二個工作人員雖然熟悉業務 但是用鼻子跟人處理事情 我想要問資費 不讓我把話說完 一直說[今天這是續約加買手機] 3.一直推銷其他加購產品 4.兩星是給現場的其他工作人員 難怪也有些人留一星 真的不像加盟店應有的服務

去年有一次旅遊隻身在台東市區等待朋友, 朋友尚未到達台東,但我的手機即將沒電, 因附近咖啡店禁止內用無法找內用插座, 7-11也沒有租借行動電源的服務, 於是進入這家神腦特約服務中心詢問是否有租借行動電源的服務,他們非常親切的表示他們沒有此服務, 在我失望的道謝準備離開詢問下一家時, 他們表示如果有需要他們可以協助我充電, 人員熱情的詢問我手機型號後, 馬上拿出適當的充電線借給我, 當下真的覺得很溫馨,覺得社會好溫暖, 他們還建議我去附近景點鐵花村晃晃, 可以等等再回來拿手機,我搖搖頭表示沒關係, 我願意在現場等, 因此就在現場晃晃看看店鋪的展示手機,他們看我站著等很親切的請我去坐著,但我擔心影響其他顧客的方便就客氣的說不用了。 在我等候手機到達20%的期間,門市來來去去好多組客人,從詢問一般問題、手機合約問題到欠了兩期電話費只願意先繳一期的客人,人員從頭到尾都非常親切應對沒有因為客人的吵價還價失去耐心,雖然沒有在該門市有其他的消費經驗,且現在也過了大概半年的時間,但現在熊熊想起來,還是覺得當時真的有讓我感覺社會還是很有愛的,謝謝你們親切溫馨的幫助,祝你們生意興隆!

When I was disappointed and thanked and was about to leave to inquire about the next house, They said they could assist me with charging if needed, After the staff enthusiastically asked my mobile phone model, Lend me the appropriate charging cable right away, At the moment, I really feel very warm, and the society is very warm, They also suggested that I go to Tiehua Village, a nearby scenic spot, You can wait and come back to get the phone, I shook my head to say it's okay, I would like to wait on the spot, So I walked around and looked at the mobile phone displayed in the store.
