辦完一段時間才發現
根本不是送配件！！
而是本來就有金額折抵
但櫃檯工作人員直接引導說是
送一定額度的配件
騙我把折抵的金額都消費完
1680的保護貼 和殼忘了多少錢
完全不誠實！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一星都不想給，（姓賀的服務員）到店詢問iphone13 pro 沒有現貨說能幫我調，說大概等一到兩天會到 到了會再打電話通知，目前快一個禮拜了都沒通知，就算沒有調到難道不會再打電話通知嗎？就讓客人一直等，如果一開始跟我說不確定或要等很久，就直接不用調了，白白浪費等待的時間。還特地大老遠到店詢問 這服務真棒呢?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一顆都不想給，今天下午去門市詢問有無空機現場2號櫃檯小姐告知有現貨空機也詢問要不要購買跟續約，結果過一小時確定要購買抽號碼牌到了3號櫃檯告知要購買，小姐直接說沒有貨了，就很納悶詢問說剛剛來過而已，接著告知有現貨的2號櫃檯小姐態度極差的說說有現貨也沒說要賣，請問中華電信這麼大家先告知有貨又說不賣這樣是耍客人嗎？
