前菜有一道極度驚艷好吃的奶酪狀豌豆泥，但其他前菜擺盤就有點重複 口味一般
主菜威靈頓牛排 好吃 到 不行！??

The dining atmosphere is very relaxed. The main dishes of Wellington Steak and Changhua Rouge Duck are very delicious. Every dish in the middle is also very good. The manager explained the dishes and wine in great detail. Thank you for a good night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老實說整體而言很不錯，餐點都很好吃。而且店員都會認真講解每道菜的食材及食用方式。印象最深刻的是濃湯的部分，真的讓人非常驚艷！喝的到龍蝦的味道，口感很濃郁。但是部分餐點松露跟蕈類的味道過度搶戲，而影響蓋過了其他食材的美味。不過發現店員詢問口味是否合適的時候，真的會回廚房內做調整跟討論，看得出來很用心。
唯一美中不足的是，沒有詢問是否有飲食過敏這部分，網路訂位的時候也沒有飲食備註這部分。花生過敏應該不太罕見，但是最後的甜點部分是花生冰淇淋；也有部分飲食是生食，沒有事先詢問或告知提醒，對於不能食用生食的人有點可惜。
Honestly overall it's pretty good and the meals are delicious. And the staff will carefully explain the ingredients of each dish and how to eat it. The most impressive part is the thick soup, which is really amazing! Drink to the taste of lobster, the taste is very strong. However, the taste of truffles and mushrooms in some meals overwhelmed the taste of other ingredients. However, when I found that when the clerk asked if the taste was suitable, I would really go back to the kitchen to make adjustments and discussions, which showed that I was very attentive.
The only fly in the ointment is that there is no question about dietary allergies, and there is no dietary remarks when booking online. Peanut allergies should not be too uncommon, but the dessert part at the end is peanut ice cream; there are also parts of the diet that are raw food, without prior inquiry or notification, which is a pity for those who cannot eat raw food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised! Lunch comes in two set menu choices. One is a 4-course business lunch priced at $1100 (I’m rounding up). The second choice is a 6-course set menu priced at $1400-$1900 depending on the main course. What a find!!!
Highly recommend. Quality and service here are comparable to my fine dining experiences in NY SG and HK, except at a fraction of the price in Kaohsiung!
