The reason that I rated one star for this clinic is because the appointment system doesn’t make sense at all. They had a number calling system online, so one can check online and save time. However, it doesn’t help people to save time but causes confusion. My appointment no. is 19 in the afternoon, and I arrived the clinic while they are calling no.14. However, the staff was telling me that I couldn’t register because it passed the deadline already. BUT it didn’t state they have a deadline for registration. So the staff told me the best she could do is put me at night time, but I still have to wait til the doctor finishes his afternoon appointments and get a new appointment number at night. Also, the staff told me next time that even I have a appointment number, I still need to come to the clinic to register first even my appointment number is still 1-1.5hr away. My point is: why do you even need a appointment system and an online calling number system at the first place? No matter what you do, you are going to let the patients wait for so long anyway or waste their time to go to clinic first and wait for another 1 hr-1.5hr. Updated experience 07/16/2021 I learned my lesson from last time. So I want to do it correctly this time. I went to the clinic and registered before 11:50, and I got my number which is 20. By the time, the number was 8. So I went to do my things and came back waiting in the car since it’s pandemic time. (The online calling number at that time was 15) I’ve been watching their online calling system. (YES! I was watching every minute literally!) and the number suddenly went from 18 to 22. And I jumped off my car and run to the clinic, and said why the appointment number got passed like that? And the staff just said that you have to wait. Wait til after no.24. I mean...seriously, I followed all the steps that the clinic asked me to do. Why do I still have to waste my time waiting?? I really don’t understand. Even the doctor was nice and friendly, I don’t think I am gonna come back again..... Thank you for everything, Dr. 姜！
