可悲公司,速度慢不說,一樣的事情要處理三次。 已經在ezway完成實名制了還要填他們自己的表格,這就算了,甚至還要自己再去ezway填紙本申請書。 除了國外平台指定以外真的想不到用這種兩光東西自虐的理由。

這服務只能給滿分 透過buyee在日本購買商品,送過來台灣的時候發現紙箱外包裝有破損 服務小姐雖然沒有告知客人,但是在第一時間和日本方確認發出當時的包裝情況,假設若有問題會代替客人跟日本方處理,雖然等待期間,本人誤解口氣上不耐煩,服務小姐還是親切的服務,東西送來有另外用外箱裝且順利送達,再次感謝

週二透過信件通知業務協助取貨等到周四都沒有任何消息(以前都還沒換業務都沒這個問題),撥打電話過去告知我要自己處理,經過指示後週四約好周五放在警衛室取件,事後晚上詢問是否有來收貨,業務卻跟我說"以為確定好我會再跟她確認一次,他才會派車來取件"?那請問周四我們約好的電話是在聊天嘛? 寄了一周我的包裹都還寄不出去。還說電話連絡比較方便,我打這麼多通,真的都沒有接過一通,信件也不回。我不知道為甚麼花錢寄個東西這麼難。

The delivery man went to an apartment on the wrong street on a Sunday and didn't get an answer from whoever lives there. Didn't call my phone number, didn't send an email, and just placed my package into some random person's letter box. THEN updated the DPEX online system to say that it had been signed for (when clearly nobody was even there to sign for it). I then had to deal with the customer service team, who were very polite, but seemed to not talk to each other in the office, so I had to start fresh with a new person each time. Later, I received a phone call from the delivery driver who was adamant that he had put it in the mail box, until I got him to realize that he had gone to the wrong street. He asked me to go and check a stranger's mailbox for him to save him time (nothing was visible from the outside and I'm not going to break any laws). I'm still waiting for DPEX to sort this massive mess out as they are the ones in the logistics business, not me. I'll definitely be advising people not to ship with them again.
