First stay at Courtyard Taipei downtown was basically awesome. Staff was friendly, and roast duck from MJ Kitchen was delicious. The space of room is kind of small but nice and clean. Unfortunately the lounge and happy hour were not available due to the pandemic. It might be better to provide some replacement.

A good experience of stay and also bring back goos memory. Special thanks to friendly staffs with warm greetings. The room is clean and cozy but it would be better to have tissue in the room instead of in the bathroom only. Besides, having drip bag coffee will be a plus and more suitable to the quality and level of this nice hotel.

This stay we had special in-room lunch Lobster with Rice Noodle and shallot in Cantonese fish sauce, came with choice of tea or coffee. It was delicious and big portions. We were upgraded to premiere room that can overlook Taipei 101. Room is clean and well equipped. Housekeeping and Front desk staff are also very helpful and delivered great service. Looking forward to have my staycation again in the near future.

The hotel staffs provided efficiently check-in service. There were more than 5 customers in line when I arrived, but I only waited for 3 minutes till my turns. I booked two types of the rooms. The staffs upgraded both of the rooms, and picked up the side by side ones. What a kindly consideration! Because of the lockdown, I had not visited Courtyard Taipei Downtown over 4 months. In the third day of my stay, when I was ordering the lunch boxes in the MJ Kitchen, the service manager noticed me and asked if my kids came with me this time. It’s amazing that she remembered my kids. Besides that, my meals always arrived on time during my stay. It helped me a lot to keep all of my activities on schedule. I did enjoy the efficient, kindly and well-managed services during this stay. Considering those services which were provided, there is one thing that can be improved to make me a better experience. I had requested the Suite Night Award when I booked the room but the result was only available after check-in. I’d appreciate if the result could be provided before check-in as most of the other hotels usually would do so.

Rooms are small compared to Other Marriott hotel. Restaurant is good , variety of dishes available for Breakfast. Staffs are calm and very helpful.

Quite a poor experience. The hotel is basically not open, only the rooms. Bars/restaurants are either closed or have severely restricted hours. Common areas are closed off and staff are not particularly polite while explaining that it's not their problem, and as a guest I should have somehow known this, despite the fact that the facilities and hours listed on their website are all wrong. Like many places, they're using Covid as an excuse to cut costs. Prior two hotels in Taipei in the last week were much, much better. Stay elsewhere. On the plus side, the rooms are well thought out, bright, and comfortable.

I want to give a big shout out to Ruby :) She makes us feel like home, trying her best to accommodate to all our requests, with a sincere attitude. Room is clean and comfy. All staffs are helpful and polite. Will definitely come back next time.

Perfect hotel for business travelers. Friendly and professional staff, simple and clean room with lots of electric sockets. 24hr gym for you to walk in anytime you’d like. Location is a bit far from MRT but walkable distance. Food here is not the best but overall is great for the money value. Extra star for the quality of the staff here.
