★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訂餐時有先告知約11:40取餐，店家也說可以，11:45抵達時店家只說「你要等外送單先做好」，大約11:50時我再次詢問了一次，店家有點不耐煩地說「要等外送單」，最後到11:55我才聽到店家開始準備我的餐點，至12:00我才拿到我預訂的四個便當。
如果說11:40無法取餐我認為店家應當先告知，外送單做比較慢那是你們的問題，不應當讓同樣為預訂的客人在現場等候吧，我們的時間就不是時間嗎？
