運	運動是為了吃更長的路 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間很神奇，有些找不到的活動商品這邊比較容易找到，例如活動有序號的寶特瓶飲料，不知道是店長比較配合活動，還是因為在學校旁邊？常看到只有一名店員所以很忙？ This is amazing. 蔡	蔡政宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾天ㄧ個要取貨的誤退烏龍事件，雖然沒被誤退，而是在貨品放置區域的一個不起眼的地方尋獲，說明了兩件事： 1、員工的教育訓練以及客訴的問題處理與交接其資訊不完全應該是該店員工都必須知道而不是一問三不知！ 2、知道貴店的店面較小，應該得好好思考規劃一個較好存放貨品的區域。如能系統化的分類貨品是否會減少找尋貨品翻來翻去導致貨品掉在看不到地方的機會。希望貴店能好好落實，每次取貨都沒事，就這次特別讓人無奈與不悅，不過還是辛苦了，謝謝！ A few days ago, there was a mistaken oolong incident to pick up the goods.
