They have quite a good selection of samples for you to try out, and the owner is patient with my myriad of questions. The service is excellent, free delivery and installations included.
They are your type of service retailer, where service and long-term relationship is key. Highly suggest this place!

Credits to Mr. Wong who gave detailed product information and provided professional advice on the appropriateness of the product which suit my needs. Though lack of stock but Mr. Wong arranged speedy delivery very soon after the piano is back in store. Good experience on pre and after-sales service.
