再來是當初請門市人員設定不使用簡訊帳單，後來收到再告知才說有一個選項沒關到。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度很差 昨天去問修理手機 ..我會知道你在查資料嗎?!基本上都會跟客人講稍等喔要查一下~講都沒講~我才會問說 所以我的保險有保成功嗎?他很兇口氣說 我不要心急他也查不到 ~我就覺得奇怪了 自己不講 在讓客人白等???態度真差 .後來問是 199 影音是不是保險之前小姐說是.現在這個服務的一直強調那是不同的.我也說了 之前小姐確定說是保險的 我也不記得是誰 .一直說我自己記錯 . 態度很差. 請他幫我用手機卡還說我的手機摩貼成什麼樣都把卡堵住了 ?????傻眼欸 這啥態度??? 請妳們管教一下可以嗎?管不了別上班了 我們不是給妳們看態度差的 是要修手機而已沒必要吧
