真的是再舒服不過了
這家就在知名的福X涼麵旁邊
吃過福X覺得滿普通的
這次試試看長春涼麵
周末的半夜 不用排隊
涼麵的麵就是一般的油麵
粗細也是常見的那種
即便是小份的 麵量也算多
會先淋上許多醬汁之後再淋上一匙麻將
是個人比較偏愛的那種
不會因為麻將太多 導致口感很黏膩
但又不會失去麻將的香氣
配上桌上的蒜汁 大概落在"還不錯吃"的位置
三合一的蛋花很嫩
湯不會過鹹
不過我這一晚幾乎沒有豆腐
看其他評論的圖片裡都是有豆腐的
所以撈料不平均這一點稍稍扣分
但總和來說 整套吃下來不會感覺不好~

麵的份量剛好，調味還行但麻醬味比較淡
湯是用熱湯直接沖成蛋花，所以稍微有蛋的濃稠感，而且可能因為湯是用味噌一直熬，微鹹

Sesame sauce is mild and tender, goes well with pickled vegetable and some minced pork. The serving portion does justice to the price, pretty big actually, enough to make a hungry person full.
