Love it here. Must try- Deep Fried Seabass with Lettuce Wrap

This is a chain so each individual store will vary. This particular location and experience was less than satisfying. The food is on the pricy side for what you get so it's on the pricy side already. The pad thai was just ok, lacking that really flavorful Thai taste, there were just flavors of sweet and sour. The tom yum soup was good, but for whatever reason it took a Very long time to arrive. Not sure why. The typical soup is served with a small fire under to keep it warm. Not this place, it's simply served in normal china so by the end the soup's gone cold. The rice was really hard. Yes i understand Thai rice is of a different variety and it's a little harder.. But not this much. I've had Thai food many countless times in my life and never had rice like this. It is a disappointment. Oh, and the service is only so so. The waiters are WAY more personable than the waitresses for whatever reason. And for a plate of noodle and soup plus rice for 2 plus service fees comes out to 700 plus! Did i mention the SMALL portions? Especially the noodle, there are places that have side dishes with bigger portions. Totally Not worth it. Very very over rated. Might as well support your local independent restaurant and get better food at the same time. Anyways, for a good meal, give this place a miss.

After few years, quality and service remain excellent! Food is really good

The restaurant is almost always packed and if you’re lucky enough there are a few seats. The service is average and I personally do not favor the seating plan (there are long tables that cram people to sit together which I find uncomfortable and awkward. The food is nice tho and the place is fine.

Like Thai Food here , fresh fish , food and good service.

Went for lunch 5 minutes before taking last orders. Asked if they were on a break and was told the time. When I asked if they were on a break and to speak Chinese slowly as my wife and I are both foreigners, we were again explained the time. Then one of the young male waiters laughed out loud to my face when I spoke Chinese. Eventually we just left as they showed zero interest in serving us. We will never go to this Thai Town again, even though we have been numerous times. This is the second incident we have had at this location. Chung You Department Store venue was much better. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 這點的服務生沒有禮貌。我們來這裡5年了。以前還有問題。我在講中文他笑我。我們確定去Bellini 因為他們的服務超厲害的。

The food is definitely good, but not authentic. The service is great and responsive. Just can't get over the ridiculous prices for subpar renditions of Thai food. I guess the location allows it to overcharge.

Not bad, the Thai flavours are there, but definitely a lot less spicy compared to the real deal. Prices are quite reasonable too. Service was a little pushy though. I get that they need to increase the turnover rate, but it's so obvious when they mask their intention behind customer service. I'd rather they be more upfront like other restaurants and limit our dining duration. The "bubur chacha" dessert on the menu was also a little deceiving, though there was quite a bit of ingredients under the ice. Safe choice for Thai food, but I wish I was given the option to make it more spicy.
