每次來這裡繳錢、領東西、買東西人超級多、車也很多車子不太好停,來這裡門口滿滿都是包裹等等,貨運公司把客人訂的包裹都堆成一堆影響客人進出??來這裡車子要停到位子真的是不容易啊啊~??

10/23 晚上23:26分去寄東西,店員詢問會員編號後,不確定號碼也不詢問客人,自己在那邊碎念還丟我寄的箱子!本人離開後直接走向他的朋友們!所以便利商店可以跟朋友們群聚聊天不管客人!店員瘦瘦高高的,很年輕!頭髮還抓高高的!非常沒禮貌⋯⋯這間全家夜班的員工真的很有問題!所以店長都沒有管的?

早上在門市購買東西,結帳時用了電子支付,因為機台有問題刷不過,所以門市人員卓旻逸說改用現金支付可以嗎,當下還詢問過這樣不會重複扣到嗎,店員回覆不會因為機台有問題,我也就直接付現了,結果一走出門口手機就通知電子扣款,我就直接回門市告知門市人員說這邊重複扣款了,剛剛多付的可以直接退還沒關係,得到的回覆卻是不行因為機台上顯示不出來,但我也說明我這邊已經收到扣款通知,請他處理,卓旻逸店員聯絡店長,巫店長這邊得到的回覆是之前只遇到過這樣的狀況一次應該等等就會退還給我??請問你們沒有通知回報機器的問題,沒有留下被誤扣款的聯絡人資訊,也沒有我的扣款資訊,銀行要怎麼退還,完全就是在呼嚨,詢問那如果沒退還我是不是要再跑回來一趟處理,巫店長回覆說對???當下請你們提出解決的方案,詢問有人會解決這個問題嗎,得到的就是不負責任的話,跟叫消費者自己想辦法的態度,我當下離開門市後馬上詢問其他在全家工作過的店員朋友,知道處理方式根本不是這樣後,完全就是店家隨便帶過的說法,我又再一次回去自己要了聯繫方式也留了自己的聯繫方式請巫店長後續做處理通知。 整體的感受非常非常糟糕,遇到問題應該是想辦法解決,而不是一副擺爛甩態的告訴消費著不是你們的問題是銀行, 最後還要消費者自己去確認聯繫想辦法解決,等了一天早就知道什麼銀行等等退的說法只是在呼嚨,根本沒退,也沒接到任何店家詢問退款狀況的電話,直接裝死擺爛,不知道教育訓練哪部分有問題,連最基本解決問題的能力都沒有,態度更不用說,糟非常糟,糟糕又不負責任的店員跟巫店長。
