碳烤的味道就是不一樣，
香腸的部份比較沒有大腸好吃，
如果店內使用還要大骨熬的湯，
非常夠味，沒有違和感，
大腸香腸附上的脆蘿蔔跟洋蔥，
或是時令關係附上的小黃瓜，
都醃製的很夠味，
真的好吃，只是有些時候要等久一點，
上班時間比較好買。
