2019/11/29晚上十點多的店員態度不怎麼好,沒有笑容就算了、聽錯/輸入錯手機號碼也不會道歉,整個結帳過程令人感覺很差!

店員有夠笨、不專心 繳費也沒問要不要加價購。。本來想買咖啡的,結果問完只回,已經跳開畫面了。 然後問有沒有霜淇淋,還要問另一位。。拜託,機器就在櫃檯後面,在那工作一段時間連這個都搞不清楚是在哈囉?! 重點是,還不會覺得自己做錯感到抱歉。。 這間全家真是我去過最爛的,繳個費出來一肚子火。

訂了貨品送到了外埔國王店,第1次去領貨時店員找不到要我留電話等找到再通知我,我也覺得還好就答應了,沒多久之後電話打來說東西找到了,可以找時間過去拿,於是隔天我就去領貨,結果店員又找不到,說沒交接,又要我留電話,我很納悶,貨品送到店裡不是有個管理機制嗎?存放位置應該也有一套方法吧!怎麼會一直找不到呢?這樣很浪費我們的時間呢?可以改進嗎?
