After several times, I finally went in and tried it today... The braised beef noodle soup was okay, the beef was thick, tender and gluten, with a moderate taste. The dried bean curd is delicious and belongs to the flavor of the military villages of other provinces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃了至少三年了，偏愛紅燒牛肉麵、清燉牛肉麵、肉末乾麵湯麵都各具特色。身體不舒服時來碗豬肉麵，暖暖的很舒服。還有豆乾海帶滷蛋跟豬頭皮都好吃。麵不夠也可以加麵，看要+5，還是+10都可以
After eating for at least three years, I prefer braised beef noodles, stewed beef noodles, and minced meat dry noodle soups. When you feel uncomfortable, come to a bowl of pork noodles, warm and comfortable. There are also dried tofu and seaweed marinated eggs and pig scalp are delicious. You can add noodles if you don’t have enough noodles, depending on whether you want +5 or +10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來店食用紅燒牛肉麵，湯頭不如想像中濃郁，整體偏淡，確實有點像滿漢大餐泡麵的味道；建議搭配店內提供的辣油與酸菜食用，味道較佳。
麵條部份細軟香綿，表現比湯頭出色。
When you come to the store to eat braised beef noodles, the soup is not as strong as expected, and the whole is light. It does taste a bit like the instant noodles in the Manchu dinner. It is recommended to eat it with the chili oil and sauerkraut provided in the store, and the taste is better.
The noodle part is soft and fragrant, which is better than the soup.

Braised beef noodles are not spicy or salty. Compared to the stewed soup, it is richer and richer. I would recommend some braised beef. The beef at the price of 120 is considered sincere. Most of them are muscle parts, which are soft and delicious.

等待一段時間，牛肉麵先上桌，提醒老闆還有盤小菜。
吃了將近牛肉麵半碗，小菜才端上來。
心中有點無言。
不過牛肉麵口感不錯，肉塊還挺大塊，湯還滿甘甜。
滿有口腹感。

After waiting for a while, the beef noodles were served first, reminding the boss that there were still side dishes.
After eating nearly half a bowl of beef noodles, the side dishes were served.
I was a little speechless.
However, the beef noodles tasted good, the meat was quite large, and the soup was full of sweetness.
