可惜常常看到服務人員上班時打鬧嬉戲
有點影響觀感
你要聊天或是打鬧可以啦，我又不是老闆我管不著
可是可不可以先幫我拿完東西再玩啊？
查好貨然後在客人面前玩鬧不去拿貨真的是蠻讓人傻眼的，不然乾脆設自助取貨我自己去拿比較快一點
一樣當過便利商店店員，可以理解上班很多事情要忙很累，跟同事聊天或是小小玩鬧都覺得可以接受
可是要搞清楚什麼時後該做什麼事情
我不會說員工訓練需要加強這種鬼話啦，單純就是提醒注意一下客人在的時候稍微控制一下

It’s really dumbfounding to check the goods and play around in front of the guests and not pick up the goods. Otherwise, I’ll just set up self-service pick-up and I will pick them up faster.
I have worked as a convenience store clerk. I can understand that many things at work are very busy and tiring. It’s acceptable to chat with colleagues or play a little bit.
But we have to figure out when and what to do
I won’t say that staff training needs to be strengthened. It’s just a reminder to pay attention to a little bit of control when the guests are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵條Q彈綿密，湯頭濃郁、食材入味，乾濕皆有特點，很推薦喜歡吃烏龍麵的來品嚐，而通通是現做、可以打電話節省等待時間喔！
PS.點餐買單時態度雖然不到差，但希望能再好一點
