★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Hotel location is so convenient to anywhere you want to go in Ximending.
- Room is spacious and modern with a good size bathtub to soak after a day of shopping.
- Pillow and mattress are comfortable and not too soft.
- Breakfast can be improved by having more options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is so comfort and pretty and also very accessible to the Ximen station exit 6. There are 2 things in think they should improve.
1. Breakfast - More variety of breakfast will be good as they only have 3 set of breakfast to choose from.
2. Mirror and lighting - it would be good if there is an dressing table or the lighting in the room can be control cos the room was too cosy so the light is very dim and it was hard to do our makeup when another party was in the washroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is excellent. With good amenities near. Would be better to indicate for drivers where to drop passenger to hotel. Clean, comfort and cozy room. Would suggest having fruit juice besides the softdrink in fridge. Overall, would come back again and also recommend friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a great room in Taipei, this is your place! The front desk agents were oh so friendly upon check-in and check-out. They graciously fulfilled every request, including an ironing board and a bottle opener - all with a smile. The rooms themselves were divine. The rainfall shower head was such a welcome respite to the weak showers I have been accustomed to at the various other places in Asia that I would stay at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is great (the location of the hotel, the helpfulness of the hotel staffs, the breakfast set and the room facilities) except for the room floor carpet. It is old and it looks dirty with black stain at the edge of each corner. I would give 5 stars of you can cleanup the carpet properly or change it with a new carpet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the location is good, but if you don't know ximending well, it may be difficult for you to find the hotel. The Hotel room is very well designed. The receptionist is well manner and very polite especially Eric (I hope my memory is correct) who is normally in the night shift.
Only one thing has to be improved is air-conditioning. Oh! Please do not expect any view from your room!

+Quiet Room despite being in the heart of the commercial bustle
+Nice rooms
-Poor customer service. I’ve only had one staff member actively greet me every time she sees me. Everyone else seem to have their heads down in their phones when passing by reception, or when speaking, don’t smile.
-Breakfast is a lacklustre semi buffet of average to poor quality, where I’ve observed some fellow patrons leave their breakfasts after a mouthful.
In all, come for the location and a nice room. But there are nicer rooms and way better service elsewhere if you don’t mind the travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the friendly staff members and breakfast was amazing. Lobby and restaurant decor for beautiful and relaxing environment - had the feels of a coffee shop. I didn't give 5 stars because the room felt old - due to the weather in Asia being humid it did have a humid musk smell in the room. The ceiling and carpet in the room seemed really old and needs touch ups. But I would go back to stay there due to convenience, location, the amazing staff, and the breakfast.
