強迫推銷 服務態度差 保單還沒收到就扣款 客服電話很難打 向專員要專線也一直支支吾吾叫我打客服 向專員反應這些事情與之前電話中說的都不一樣 專員都一直否認自己沒講過 不是有電話錄音嗎 自己可以回去聽聽 要求退保還一直問為什麼 說了理由也不接受一直講一直講 這不就是在強迫客戶嗎?打死都不承認 還要求客戶要負責 回傳退保單還裝沒看到 第一次碰到這麼爛的保險公司 難怪要用這種電話強迫加保的方式尋求客戶 爛 可以想像往後若要申請理賠一定困難重重 找人都找不到

保了2年了,當初服務人員很有耐心說明內容,半年前穿高跟鞋從樓梯上跌下來傷的很重,中醫復健花了快六萬,理賠時客服人員文件寄送也很快速,只提供了收據跟診斷書大概10天就拿到理賠金,來留評價覺得好險當初沒看評價就投保了,不然這次六萬塊就要自己花了。 也跟大家分享常識,投保每一家保險本來都會先扣款才會拿到保單,投保前要聽清楚服務人員的話,真的不該一昧怪服務人員
