★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 路過寶雅看到小小的店內人很多，才臨時起意過來嘗試看看，結果⋯很讚⋯⋯⋯⋯誇張的那種~
點了人氣的桂蜜拿鐵，微甜的口味加上咖啡的香氣，好喜歡ㄚ！連我平常不太愛咖啡的人，第一口就覺得相當驚豔~
香蕉巧克力鬆餅，配上冰淇淋，真是夏天的一大享受?之後會再來的！
Passing by Baoya, I saw a lot of people in the small store, so I decided to come and try it out.
I ordered the popular Gui honey latte, the slightly sweet taste and the aroma of coffee, I really like it! Even I, who don't usually like coffee, feel amazing at the first sip~
Banana chocolate muffins with ice cream, what a summer treat ? will come back later!

有客人來，都會請八號咖啡幫忙送，
客人也都喜歡他們家的咖啡。
每週一店休，老闆的烘豆日。
店內位置少，食物也好吃，最好提前訂位，要不然會沒有位置坐。
The coffee has a fruity aroma and is currently the top three coffees in my mind.
When guests come, they will ask No. 8 Coffee to help deliver them.
Guests also love their coffee.
The shop is closed every Monday, the boss's roasting day.
There are few places in the store, and the food is delicious. It is best to book a table in advance, otherwise there will be no seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物超所值的店家，真材實料份量大，雞腿肉很嫩、吐司不乾、鬆餅不過甜，咖啡可以選不同的豆子，當天兩個套餐總計約400元！（相同的東西在台北應可賣到600元）
唯一建議既然以咖啡作為主要商品，義式咖啡可以提供植物奶（如燕麥奶）的選擇，造福或說因應越來越多的這類需求。
The value-for-money store has a large portion of real materials, the chicken thigh is very tender, the toast is not dry, the muffin is not too sweet, and you can choose different beans for the coffee. The two sets of the day total about 400 yuan! (The same thing should be sold for 600 yuan in Taipei)
The only suggestion is that since coffee is the main commodity, espresso can offer the option of plant-based milk (such as oat milk) to benefit or respond to the increasing demand for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space, table, chair, even the plate are all small. Everything feels so cramped which ruin the overall experience. We usually pay premium for drinks or foods to at least enjoy the atmosphere of the place, but can't say the same for this place. The foods tasted OK. They can either make the space bigger or lower the price to deserve higher rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The single origin Costa Rica pour over coffee was great. The barista knows what he’s doing. Coffee ratio, water temperature and his overall attention to detail on the pour over was on point! Banana Chocolate waffles with ice cream in the middle was awesome!
