★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/13早上七點（值班為兩個男店員）我自備環保杯買兩杯單品拿鐵 卻拿到兩杯一般美式。這件事已經不是第一次，上次也是買單品拿鐵給我一般拿鐵。店員有待加強。不會再去消費，感覺很差。
8/13 at 7 o'clock in the morning (two male shop assistants on duty) I brought my own eco-friendly cup and bought two single lattes, but got two cups of general American style. This is not the first time. Last time I bought a single latte and gave me a regular latte. The clerk needs to be strengthened. Will not consume anymore, I feel very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員連自已公司有什麼咖啡活動都搞不清楚.別地方的全家早早就掛上咖啡買一送一~這家跟歐巴桑店員講還完全搞不清楚狀況還問旁邊的年輕妹妹~買一杯付一張咖啡卷..還看著我說不是要寄杯...寄什麼鬼..妳們公司活動搞不懂嗎？不是一杯送一張咖啡卷...買的那杯不給客人是要等什麼時後....
The clerk can't even figure out what coffee activities are in their own company. The whole family in other places hangs up coffee early to buy one get one free~ This one told the Obasan clerk that he still didn't understand the situation and asked the young sister next to him~ Buy a cup Pay for a coffee roll..and look at me and say that I don't want to send a cup...what the hell..you don't understand the company's activities? It's not a cup of coffee and a coffee roll... What time do I have to wait for the cup that I bought to not give to the customer....
