★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台北の洋食屋さんは、基本何処もハズレは無いけどココは別格。濃厚なデミグラスソースで仕上げた肉厚の牛舌シチュー、フランスパンに乗せた鳥レバーのペースト、アンチョビの塩加減が絶妙なバーニャカウダ、などなど。赤ワインと相性が抜群に良いので、フルボトルを頼んだ方が楽しめます。
あ、予約が無いと入れません。
あと写真撮影も禁止ですよ。
店の看板も無いので探しづらいかも?
 Western-style restaurants in Taipei basically have no gaps, but here is exceptional. Thick beef tongue stew finished with rich demiglace sauce, bird liver paste on French bread, Bagna cauda with exquisite saltiness of anchovies, etc. It goes very well with red wine, so you can enjoy it if you order a full bottle.
Oh, I can't enter without a reservation.
Also, photography is prohibited.

21:00以降は予約なしでもつまみとビールやワインでゆったり晩酌出来ますよ！
It's a delicious Western restaurant!
It may be better to make a reservation before 20:00 (^ _-)
After 21:00 you can relax with a snack and beer or wine without reservation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? 蟹肉奶油可樂餅：蠻不錯的炸物，外皮很酥且不油，餡料充滿奶油的香味。
? 炸牡蠣：一樣的外酥不油，
? 香蒜辣橄欖油燉吻仔魚和雞蛋：這道重口，味道不錯有搭麵包，覺得不夠配，大家多喝兩口酒吧。
? 紅酒牛肉醬燉牛舌：有一點重口，味道好，洋蔥脆軟帶甜，牛舌入口即化，不錯。
? 肉醬義大利麵：想不到這個是最後才上。紅酒、肉醬、起士、麵香，四種香味蠻不錯的。
? 雞肝醬：口感粗，帶一點顆粒感，濃厚肝味明顯。
? 布丁：微苦，十分綿密且結實的口感，甜度剛好。
? Crab Cream Croquette: Pretty good fried food, the skin is very crisp and not oily, and the filling is full of creamy fragrance.
? Fried oysters: the same crispy but not oily,
? Braised anchovies and eggs with garlic and olive oil: This is a heavy dish. It tastes good and goes well with bread. If you think it is not enough, everyone should drink two more bars.
