只能說, 每個地方的工作人員有好有壞, 這家有親切的店員,也有糟糕的傢伙...… 以前覺得是友善的人多過不友善的人~ 但最近不知道是不是因為振興的關係,活動變多,所以店員都變得很浮躁跟不爽...... 近22、23點(兩次)去結帳的時候,深刻感受到店員不耐煩的情緒,臉臭到整個眉毛都擰在一起了,態度明顯就是不爽。 講真的,這是人之常情,我可以理解。 可!是!自家的活動都不太清楚,甚至顧客詢問,解釋還前後矛盾,另外商品明明有免費送,顧客沒拿到、錢照算卻未提醒......以上等等情事我就相當不能理解了...... 要不是顧客回家有看明細,真不知道到底?? 雖然說,沒注意到的我也有問題,畢竟權益是要自己維護的;可是刷完商品,特別告知顧客都是買一送一的時候,提醒一聲“有項商品還可以再拿一項”應該不過分吧? 希望店家再加油!
