蔡	蔡婷玉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務櫃台人手不夠，需等很久時間，雖然是我是前客戶，想詢問問題，服務檯臨時調派人員，口氣態度非常差，客戶遇到問題，發現帳戶被人盜用，才終止新光銀行帳戶，有許多問題看不懂才會多次到銀行尋求協助，如果懂還需花時間多次到銀行查詢、訊問問題？既然是做服務業，口氣態度這麼差、且不耐煩，既然是服務民眾，若是這種服務態度，就請不要站在櫃檯服務，既然是服務業，一點基本服務精神都沒有，雖然沒有業績可以賺，但該有的服務態度還是請注意，不然很難再讓客戶回流到你們新光銀行。
