手機壞了有保險想修理，修到不行修想換新機，服務人員不好好處理，一直想推其他更貴的方案，換機來了完全沒通知，還要客戶自己打過去確認，服務態度不敢恭維，辦新方案就笑臉，售後服務亂辦一通，還好意思叫我打滿意度調查，我還想請你就我對你的容忍度打五顆星滿分嘞。
要不是最低一定得打一顆星，評論連一顆星也沒有。
如果覺得平常日子過太開心，想體驗一下跌宕起伏，誠摯推薦這家，他不會讓你失望。
