打個電話說幫我們設定，打個電話耗了快10分鐘（打了13通才接），離開停車場去買個東西還發現客服人員亂設定時間，來回不到30分鐘繳費區顯示要收費150，打完電話在幫我們設定一次，等了差不多五分鐘，最後我們繳了20元離場，離場完還打電話告知我們昨天凌晨來的？越講越誇張。
打個電話一直無回應。要不是不能給零顆星，
我認為給一顆都嫌太多。
I stopped in and didn’t put down the guardrail, but the customer service call never responded.
I made a call and said to help us set it up. It took almost 10 minutes to make a call (13 generals were answered). I left the parking lot to buy something and found that the customer service staff set the time randomly. The billing area showed a charge of 150 for less than 30 minutes back and forth. After making the call, I set it up for us. After waiting for almost five minutes, we finally paid 20 yuan to leave the venue. After we left the venue, we called to inform us that we were here early in the morning? The more you speak, the more exaggerated.
There is no response after a call. If it weren't for zero stars,
I think it’s too much to give one.
