★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高雄至真停車場收費機故障，投幣跟付鈔的方式都故障導致停車票無法完成付費，客服打到爆都沒人接，被困在停車場求助無門，困了40分鐘才找到新光保全的人員來處理，保全協助聯絡上客服，想不到電話中我們沒有收到任何道歉的話，反而是質問我們停多久要跟我們收多少錢才肯放行。服務業可以做成這樣真心佩服。

從未遇過其他案例，就只有這家有問題。希望拿出來賣之前，可以先確保有足夠的技術能力。

去停羅東中正路92號旁的新完工的停車場，完工後地面也不沖洗，整個都是白白的灰，車上三個人走回去上車也都沾到車裡了，真的很爛，感覺是一個只想收費，卻不想做好品質的一個停車場。
