覺得價格有點高,來除蟲的師傅(?)噴藥時拿噴藥的噴槍直接把我們家物品給撥開?!而且還噴到媽媽包上面…還有直接把寶寶的娃娃撥走?!真的很不衛生… 更誇張的是,居然把噴蟑螂的某一罐藥遺留在嬰兒床上!!太噁心了吧!但感覺對方渾然不知道這樣是很不禮貌的行為,請貴公司教育訓練做充足些…或者慎選應徵者吧!

前陣子除跳蚤,因為除完之後還是被咬,所以請公司再除了一次。師傅準時到,過程中專業且沒有因為再來一次而馬虎,是一個不錯的經驗。 今天要進行第二次除蟲,以客戶為接到電話為由從原本的13:30改成16:00(客戶因為上班忙碌、開會無法接聽電話),這當然沒關係,畢竟貴公司想跟我們確認時間。約中午12點多時,貴公司小姐打電話說「其他家除蚤好像比較有用,因為我們公司除蚤隔天又有跳蚤,可是您說之前另一家除蚤可以撐超過三個禮拜,我們主管認為可能是因為另外一家比較專業,所以主管決定不接你們的案子,所以我們今天不會過來除蚤了。」不除蚤沒關係,我請貴公司跟他的客戶連絡,因為我只是客戶的女兒,所以我沒有權利決定這個。結果小姐竟然跟我說「業務已經跟客戶聯絡了,客戶說沒關係,不用除蚤」。我打了一通電話後發現根!本!沒!有! 客戶沒有收到通知!請問接電話小姐是這樣騙客戶的嗎?如果我沒有打電話確認這一切就過去了嗎?請付一點責任好嗎?重點是最後貴公司小姐打電話給我,口氣惡劣的跟我講話,還掛我電話欸?!這會不會太誇張啊? 總結,師傅專業、櫃台小姐態度差勁且不守信用。如果可以接受這種口氣跟態度的話,除蟲其實是不錯的!
