結果要客人下午四點前付款結帳取貨 不然就取消
當大家都吃飽沒事幹不用上班是不是？
預訂爽的是不是？

致電過去，告知回去重配、還退了錢⋯
這真的不是錢的問題⋯
The family asked the pharmacist to dispense the medicine, and went home to take a pack. After a few minutes, my mouth immediately broke several holes (very scary)!
Called and told me to go back to re-distribute and refund the money...
It's really not a question of money...

卻什麼都有的藥局--這也算是一種特色吧。
說完美到不至於，問題是其它藥局又未必勝過她。
就好像是那種安安靜靜
考試每一科都能考第2名的學生...
所以好像也沒什麼缺點好抱怨的。 :P

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因家人（阿嬤）確診，所以想請這附近的家人去藥局備藥，不過家人不太清楚需要買什麼，所以我從台北打電話到此藥局詢問是否能先幫忙備好藥，家人去就可以拿了！
撥打第一通時，是一位小姐接的
我只講到能不能先幫忙備藥，就被掛掉電話…（想就當不小心按到）！
再撥打第二通，是另外一位先生接的，
我又把前面敘述完後，他請我等一下（等蠻久的），就說他們現場有防疫包，要不要直接現場購買？
我就說是因為你們藥局沒辦法幫忙備藥嗎？
店員還是說他們有防疫包可以過去現場看！
但我的重點就是，家人也不知道買什麼藥，
防疫包裡的不一定用的到，如果一開始沒辦法這樣先幫忙備藥，可以直接告知我！
被掛完電話後就是一直等待
店員的態度沒有不好
不過就都是冷冷的！
知道現在藥局都很忙，但其實可以直接告知，這樣就可以不用浪費大家的寶貴時間！
