油花分布均勻
肉質遠遠超過其他家的「花肉」湯
湯頭極鮮
且沒有食用人工合成味精後的不適感
應沒有添加
而是用牛骨與蔬果熬煮出的湯頭
肉燥飯的部分
份量足夠
飯粒分明不軟爛
口感佳
肉燥鹹甜適中
十分出色
牛腩湯的部分
牛腩不過老
牛筋軟嫩
惟湯中添加香菜及蒜
辛香味較重
若不習慣可以請店家不加
另有提供米酒及醋供調味
提供環保餐具值得嘉許

第二名應該就是善化的“連長牛肉湯”，可惜太遠了...
I have eaten no less than 10 (Beef and Minced Pork Rice) restaurants in Tainan. This is the only one I have ever eaten and will continue to visit.
The second place should be Shanhua’s "Company Length Beef Soup", but it's too far...

湯頭偏洋蔥打底的高湯湯頭，非常好喝。
除了湯，他們的炒功也是一流的，一定要試試看
