★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度不佳，一開始並沒有給予試衣服大小。期間說法反反覆覆，小訂單無法接硬接下，接下來又說件數太少又要做這麼多不同尺碼，而後又提出先前沒有說過的運費要消費者負擔，不打算做了又來追討打版費。共識先破的不是消費者，卻要消費者負擔原先破共識的費用，這樣處理事對嗎？
小訂單要接之前就該知道，會有件數少版型多的問題了吧？這並不是一個可以在接單後跟消費者反應的事情吧？

希望往後在處理業務時能先了解客戶的相關資訊，而不是直接到現場然後說沒人以後就把名片丟在地上。
