★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員口罩沒戴好，都戴到鼻子以下，泡咖啡手沒消毒就泡咖啡蓋蓋子，中班黑框店員小姐，態度差，口罩不戴好還有臉叫客人戴口罩，真可笑，外面超商明明不能抽煙，叫店員去勸導還不甘不願，外面桌子超級髒，感受非常差

The middle-shift black-framed clerk had a bad attitude. If the masks were not worn well, the guests asked the customers to wear them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次去買新出來的飲品，都會出差錯。桂圓紅棗海燕窩買回家發現只有不到七分滿才驚覺沒有海燕窩，MonBaNa熱可可喝完才發現一坨十元硬幣大小的球團可可粉黏在杯底沒散。
店員製作飲品也沒先使用酒精消毒。假日店員明顯人手不足，購買飲品真的出錯率很高

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/25晚上11:45左右來取貨，戴眼鏡中年男性店員態度極差，跟他報電話號碼再度確認一次他說沒有，告訴他全名他也說沒有要看簡訊，簡訊出示了又再問一次電話跟全名，說剛剛沒聽清楚？？？沒聽清楚剛剛為何要直接說沒有包裹
我覺得心不在焉沒聽到說沒有就算了，從踏進店裡到取貨整個過程態度都很差，只會一直蛤
拿包裹也用摔的會不會太誇張！！
這樣的服務態度不敢恭維
不曉得貴店的主管 店長是否有在在意門市人員的控管

還會稍微記一下有些顧客的習慣，真的很棒！
