★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只是要辦續約~從11:30等到12:20才輪到我~10分鐘就續約成功~謝謝承辦小姐的專業及迅速~但仍不解的是~抽號碼牌顯示前面有6人在等待~但窗口有四個,我却用掉一小時的等候~~~~

3/17發生消費糾紛,為營業員本身過失(最後要續約帶走手機(只能資費1399)
中華客服,多次聯絡至(店長);卻從不積極不主動處理,(手機與合約問題)事發至4/12,不歡而散(他就沒辦法)
不想委屈受氣,建議換個門市辦理
霧峰直營門市跟不良的手機行,同等級也是悲哀
Purchase a mobile phone renewal (not suitable) here
Consumer disputes occurred on 3/17, which was the fault of the salesperson (finally, the contract had to be renewed and the mobile phone was taken away (only 1399 charges)
Zhonghua customer service contacted (the store manager) many times; but never actively or proactively dealt with it, (the mobile phone and contract issues) the incident occurred on 4/12, and broke up unhappily (he couldn’t help it)
I don't want to feel wronged and angry, it is recommended to change the store.
Wufeng's direct-operated stores and bad mobile phone stores are also sad at the same level
