Completed my 14D hotel Quarantine here and I am very satisfied.. ?? Staff are very nice and helpful, always keeping me informed of what I should do during the 14days.. Thank you to the staff!! Keep it up!! ??

I stayed here during my quarantine and had excellent experience. First of all, the staff were so polite and amicable. I could see their smiles even with masks on their faces. They were patient and prompt when I had need help. The food was always on time and filling (fruit was served with every meal). The room was comfortable and clean. You can ask for a chair though the room doesn’t have one at first. The bathroom was spacious, with a bathtub. Hot water supply was stable and water pressure was strong.

Overall ok experience. The hotel is well located, near Taoyuan train station. The front entrance ( reception) is messy…however, the room very clean. The room had a Big tv with various channels which helps to pass the time. The service was overall ok… fast reply by LINE if you need something but you wont get your item until delivery time period. They forget to empty the trash can on our floor once…so my garbage can was full, but once mentioned to the staff, I was told they couldn’t do it until the next day because the maid was gone already. I had my meals included during my stay…breakfast Always came cold even if you wait at 6:30( delivery period is 6:30-7:30 am for breakfast). When ordering by uber eats you could wait until 45 min during the delivery period allowed before you get your item at the door… by the time you get it, it is already cold.

The room was very clean and had all basic necessities included. Front desk was also very helpful and attentive. Quarantine was not as bad cause I had a window and a nice bath tub ??☺️

What a unique entrance hall with a vintage car as a reception desk, WOW! A welcoming staff member received me with warm attitude. Enter the room... it's modern, spacious & beautiful. Bathroom finishings are superb?? The food was great and always on time. Communication via LINE was excellent? Layton, SouthAfrica

One star is a very high rating for this place. I did not have a good experience here. The hotel seems to be taking advantage of COVID restrictions/quarantine obligations by charging high fees for minimal service/no quality. The room had a window, which you were not allowed to open, directly facing another buildings wall. The buildings are so close that sunlight doesn't reach into the room. The staff repeatedly fed me foods that I am allergic to (egg/dairy) despite the fact that I chose the vegan meal option that they offered, and also stated my allergies prior to my arrival as well as multiple times throughout my stay. Staff was generally apathetic until I threatened to go to the hospital and make them pay for it. I got a refund for some of the later meals (I negotiated this and they did not produce any meals for the last 4 days of my stay) which amounted to a measly 100NT per meal. If that is all they spend on food then the cost of this place shouldn't even be half of what we had to pay. The quality of the food was so low that multiple residents at this hotel (in which I was a part of a COVID safety LINE chat) complained and asked how much we need to pay for humane service. If you're stuck booking here for quarantine.... Good luck to you.

the location is very near the train station,easier to go and take the bus or train. very accesible to all kinds of transportation. the hotel is very clean from the room and all the equipment inside the room. also the staff will help you if you have anything you need. the food is cool everyday meal is a good.
