1.車輛不在店內。
2.想預約試乘遭以非專業的服務態度回絕，並且是以「想試乘，先買車」作為理由回覆。
3.由福利汽車官網所提供的地址查詢不到該店家，必須要搜尋「平安汽車」才能找到。
最令人無法接受的便是「想試乘，先買車」的那種服務態度，電話中可以明顯感受到店家那種不削以及咄咄逼人的態度。
