除這位師傅外
是個令人極端堪憂的瓦斯行
沒危機意識又沒責任感
拜託不要亂做瓦斯生意
老闆娘處理問題的方式令人髮指 態度鬆散

當天晚上約21:00 在無人碰觸過的情況下
一桶連結瓦斯爐的瓦斯管整個脫落
(一兩個月前才由非上述師傅來更換 店家推薦的控制頭 +$500)
當時家裡只有一人 正在浴室洗完澡吹頭髮 (點火式熱水器就在旁邊)
是正在頂樓抽菸的鄰居問到濃厚的瓦斯味跟外洩的聲音 急忙按門鈴詢問
到天井查看才發現瓦斯外洩 正在狂噴!
如洩洪般的噴射擴散!!
真的幸好當時是沒有開熱水使用熱水器
真的幸好有鄰居即時告知
真的幸好有人在家中
否則後續狀況會如何發展真的難以預料
致電給此瓦斯行告知
與老闆娘溝通好 隔天由我們再打給瓦斯行 約方便的時間 請師傅來查看
隔天早上約9:30致電
櫃檯小姐回覆:老闆娘有告知我們來電他會接洽 但是當時他還未到店內
因此請我們 等待回電
未料大約下午1.2點 突然有名師傅按門鈴 說要來查看瓦斯
感覺超級差 沒接到電話又莫名其妙衝到別人家裡 怎麼知道當時我們有沒有人在家 方不方便外人進入?都不用知會一聲
與該師傅反應昨晚此情形有多危險
得到的回應是:上次裝的那個師傅不熟 使用錯的零件 沒有裝好
???
貴司都是這樣家家戶戶處理瓦斯管線嗎⋯
就算該師傅已確定重新安裝完善 我們也完全無法安心
再次致電給瓦斯行與老闆娘強烈反應
老闆娘似乎無法理解 致電過去的男生情緒激動的所有源頭 都是貴司而起
我們沒有想要索取賠償
僅想表達、接收到貴司體悟到該情況的嚴重性
並且改善避免以後還有這種瞎問題發生
但致電的處理態度完全只覺得我們是想要索取賠償的無賴客人
甚至還丟出 「那你要我怎樣 我跟你道歉嘛」收到一桶瓦斯賠償 即息事寧人
無法感受到貴司任何願意改善空間
似乎不認為我們當事人 包括這棟公寓的所有鄰居們對這件事的影響有多大
若真發生爆炸後果不堪設想
遭殃的是不僅是一位客人 而是好幾戶家庭
還是說要真的發生事件 老闆娘才願意做出合理反應去給客人應有的保障??
真的超級扯 拜託皮繃緊點吧 這並非無中生的小事
本棟公寓的人都在謝天謝地
我們還要在貴司google評論文章 才能給予此事件一個出口

Around 21:00 that night without anyone touching
A barrel of gas pipes connected to the gas furnace fell off completely
(The control head recommended by the store was replaced by a master other than the above one or two months ago +$500)
There was only one person in the family at the time, drying his hair after a shower in the bathroom (the ignition type water heater was next to it)
It was the neighbor who was smoking on the top floor who asked about the strong smell of gas and the sound of leaking, and hurriedly rang the doorbell to ask.
When I checked on the patio, I found out that the gas was leaking and spewing wildly!
The jet spreads like a flood! !
It's really fortunate that there was no hot water to use the water heater at that time.
It's really fortunate that the neighbors immediately informed

The response I got was: the master who installed the last time was not familiar with it, used the wrong parts, and it was not installed properly.
