★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改一件衣服，過了12天還沒收到通知，只是打電話去詢問店家目前進度，開頭就被很強勢對待說當初已經說過不是很急的話好了就會主動通知，我們的客戶不是只有你一個，大家都要照單排隊。但我的重點只是要查詢進度而已，難道不能好好說話嗎，客戶沒有問問題的權利？
但基於店家的專業度還是會給予兩顆星。

取件時態度十分的惡劣。
取件時間是店家約的，沒有如期完成也不會事先告知。
別家的取件時間是指當日何時去拿都ok，這家的是會在當天”完成“不管多晚，且詢問時只說好了會打給我，
我在台茂等到晚上9點衣服都還沒好！！
再次詢問,老闆娘竟然跟我吵起來，說他女兒趕我衣服熬夜都沒吃飯等等
老闆訂的取件時間有一個月之久，不能妥善安排時間以致趕工不是客戶的問題好嗎
很不能接受”好了打給我“這種敷衍的回答。別人的時間都不是時間嗎
