看見fb上有員工培訓的貼文,我想只是針對硬體設備方面⋯員工素質、服務比較需要訓練一下。 不曉得為什麼會想裝作沒看見客人,也許有其他工作要做,但現場的客人有影印上的需求,卻選擇視而不見蠻誇張的。

I don't know why I want to pretend that I didn't see the guests. Maybe there are other tasks to do. 服務品質真的超差,第一次去拿影印的時候,現場想加印,小姐擺臭臉,第二次9:30先用line傳圖檔,告知10點拿影印,店員已看過圖檔,並詢問數量,溝通後,我10:20才過去拿影印,沒想到竟然沒印,真的超誇張

員工不會操作 滑鼠、電腦硬體不ok 影印品質完全不行 自己家的影印機印出來是壞的就怪我帶的檔案問題 確認檔案沒問題開始說是轉檔一定都會破圖很正常 馬上換一家印結果完全可以印好 以後不會再去!
