不曉得為什麼會想裝作沒看見客人,也許有其他工作要做,但現場的客人有影印上的需求,卻選擇視而不見蠻誇張的。
Seeing posts on employee training on fb, I think it’s just for hardware and equipment... the quality of employees and services need to be trained.
I don't know why I want to pretend that I didn't see the guests. Maybe there are other tasks to do. However, the guests at the scene have photocopying needs, but they choose to ignore it, which is quite exaggerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務品質真的超差,第一次去拿影印的時候,現場想加印,小姐擺臭臉,第二次9:30先用line傳圖檔,告知10點拿影印,店員已看過圖檔,並詢問數量,溝通後,我10:20才過去拿影印,沒想到竟然沒印,真的超誇張

The second time at 9:30, I used the line to upload the image file and told me to take the photocopy at 10 o’clock. The clerk had already read the image file. , And asked about the quantity. 滑鼠、電腦硬體不ok
影印品質完全不行
自己家的影印機印出來是壞的就怪我帶的檔案問題 確認檔案沒問題開始說是轉檔一定都會破圖很正常 馬上換一家印結果完全可以印好
以後不會再去!

上次去電腦檔案叫不出來
他們說是我檔案的問題
結果我去別間 印的非常順
這次去跟店員說我要印成卡片
他說 印雙面會對不準 背面會跑掉
我滿頭問號那出我原本在別家印的
(原本的不夠了,不然我會回到原本那家)
店員竟然說:這是原本的卡片啊!
我說:這是我在別家印的
總結就是 店員遇到問題都是顧客的問題
Ok 我也不想爭辯了 ???
