特級濃口超級濃 東京豚骨偏清淡
特級濃口的湯頭有點偏鹹 也偏油
湯上面還浮了一些油脂
當天去店家說筍子沒了
好難過? 吃拉麵一定要配筍子
叉燒只給一塊 不過蠻好吃的 不柴

然後我們吃拉麵還點皮蛋豆腐?
皮蛋豆腐上面還有灑魚鬆
只能說那個魚鬆真的太太太甜了…
原以為是醬油膏在甜
沒想到是魚鬆…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人覺得加麵,可是湯好像沒有等兩量的加,感覺吃起來比例不是很好!會覺得麵吃飽了,可是喝湯卻沒感覺到滿足!
地獄拉麵似乎有點不太地獄!?

麵條硬Q硬Q的,
我個人偏好再軟一些,
同行有人覺得剛好。
叉燒肉是有一點點厚度的,
軟嫩不是有嚼勁型的,
給的一整顆的溏心蛋,蠻少見的
醬油拉麵湯頭帶點柴魚味,
沒有想象中的清爽,
較濃郁的,好喝,
但湯的溫度降低時,
偏鹹了點,無法喝完。
蒜味豚骨湯,
不會有豬臭味,濃郁適中,
一樣的是湯的溫度降低時,
偏鹹了點,無法喝完。
份量的話,如果男生吃不加麵可能不太夠。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 路過見「麵條武士」感覺不錯樣,午餐決定在這兒解決。點豚白湯拉麵170元,選擇濃蒜湯底,本勾選再加麵,小姐人好溫暖,輕柔細語建議別加麵,待我吃到一半如仍覺不夠,再加30元麵條,且會再加湯,嗯…給的建議蠻中肯,所以後來也沒再加麵了。豚白湯拉麵一端上桌,整個濃郁大骨香及蒜香味直衝腦門,黃麵條好Q彈帶勁,湯頭蒜香真的好濃烈,唯一小缺點,湯略鹹了點,叉燒肉有二大片,厚度約0.5,算略有厚度,叉燒肉軟嫩綿密,不過油,很讚!整顆雞蛋沒煮過熟,咬下是軟綿綿口感,搭上湯頭配著吃,可減緩鹹味,海苔也不錯。今午吃到不錯拉麵,推薦。
