Must buy a cake-roll every time when I visit here.

I always go here to buy any kinds of cake in Yilan. You can find what you like here while enjoying the night market as well.

the cakes here are sooooo goood!! try some samples before you buy!

Try the frozen cake.. personally the mango flavour is nicer.. there is a ice cream and non ice cream cake.. ice cream with styrofoam box can last 5h.. box at 20NT. Without the box, frozen ice cream can last 1h.

Heard this place has excellent cakes. We got the baked cheesecake today. The consistency not the same as the New York Style cheesecake. It is more like the Japanese chiffon cheesecake but even softer, almost not fully cooked through. I would have to say it's interesting. I think if I have a chance to visit the store again, I would try their signature "奶凍"。

on more recent visits, tried: red bean bun (TWD 20): full of red bean filling. bread was fluffy. 5/5 chocolate danish loaf (TWD 50): parts without sugar/chocolate/nuts were a bit dry, otherwise quite good. 4/5 three brothers bread (TWD 28): 3 small buns (red bean, taro, and coconut milk cream) baked together as one larger bun. absolutely delicious, each individual sub-bun is full of flavor and aroma. even better if reheated and a crust is added. 6/5 20200628: the cakes and bread here were very good. they have traditional Chinese pastries, western styled bread, and also novel variations on the Swiss roll. bought a multigrain coconut raisin half loaf (TWD 40) and a coconut pineapple bun (TWD 28). the multigrain coconut raisin half loaf was good but not impressive, even after toasting. 3/5 however, the coconut pineapple bun was rather nice. 4/5 the jumbo pineapple bun (TWD 35) with walnuts milk powder butter cream filling was excellent. 5/5 they were offering samples of a coffee Swiss roll which was great. would have purchased that if not for the long drive ahead that day. visit(s): 20210417 20210320 20210213 20210211 20210127 20210103 20201128 20200628

Their cake rolls were very unique in terms of the ingredients and the taste. The price was reasonable too. This shop sells high quality desert rolls with a special ingredient inside it. It’s a great gift for others or snack for yourself.
