★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次到東門館真的會被這裡的環境驚艷到！一樓很像精品服飾，二樓是上課的教室。
疫情期間，櫃檯會提醒要會先等前一班同學老師上完課，且整理好環境之後，下一班學生才能到教室。實聯制和量體溫也都很確實，服務真的很像在逛精品店一樣，衣服也都超美！（ps: B區衣服現在有打折，歡迎詢問櫃檯人員）
這次是上Celine老師的後彎課，老師會先講解動作，之後會個人或兩人一組的練習，過程中老師也會輪流照看大家練習狀況，很讓人安心。

This is a backbend class given by Mr. Celine. The teacher will explain the movements first, and then will practice individually or in pairs. During the process, the teacher will take turns to take care of everyone's practice, which is very reassuring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次到諾瑪瑜伽上課，新開幕的東門館裝潢設計浪漫優雅，上課本來很緊張，進到教室一樓就是花藝館讓我放鬆許多，服務的人員也非常有禮貌。空中瑜伽老師也很專業，還非常用心的幫同學拍照紀錄做出來的動作，這個讓菜鳥同學有很大的成就感。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了1688元的體驗課可以上4次，在東門館上了兩次課程，一次「早安瑜伽??♀️」一次「低空伸展瑜伽」，小班制人數不超過9人，都上早上11:00左右的課程，早晨落地採光非常美，裝潢很用心，1F是服飾生活館+狂花花狂的花藝結合。瑜伽墊和瑜伽磚都是軟木塞的設計，整體裝潢色調氛圍讓人很放鬆，老師非常專業，課程內容照顧到身心靈放鬆，非常愉悅，以第一次上空中瑜伽的初學者我來說不會覺得太困難。最後還送了設計過的鮮花花束，對忙碌的台北上班女子來說，真的是心靈上大大的滿足❤️非常推薦??♀️

And it provides lots of classes including yoga,jazz dance,and aerial classes such as aerial yoga, aerial hoops, and aerial hammock. The teachers are nice and professional. Most important of all, the clerks and customer service are very friendly ❤️
