★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only used the weight room, can't comment on the other facilities. At 50nt an hour it's not much cheaper than joining a gym. Watch your time closely, if you go over by even 2 minutes you end up paying for another hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pool, 90nt plus 10nt for locker that you don't get back.
Save your ticket because you have to scan it in and out of the changing rooms.
Clean 50m pool, weekday lunchtimes are very quiet, Saturdsy afternoons expect about 6 people per lane swimming laps.
Also steam, sauna and spa pools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The review is for the fitness center... The locker is outside while the change room (if you consider bathroom is also change room) is inside. Weird interior design. The facility is okay. AC is not cool enough (to get you sweat more?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for swimming pool
1. Buy your ticket at 1f customer service counter right by the entrance.
$90 TWD for adult admission. You will receive a receipt and a piece of paper with QR code.
Go to lower level 2f, use the QR code to scan at the gate. Keep that piece of paper, because you will need to scan the code again when you leave the area.
2. You need $10 TWD for your locker. It is a built-in lock, and this is the only type of locker available in this building. (How to use the locker) Open the locker door, leave your stuff in, insert coin, close the door, turn the key, take out the key and wear it on your wrist.
It also costs $10 TWD to use the hair dryer in the dressing room, if you didn't bring your own hair dryer.
If the staff found out you didn't insert the coin and just leave your stuff in a locker by any chance, they would close the locker for you, and eventually you will need to go to the customer service to pay the $10 to get your locker open.
3. 8am to 10 am and 2pm to 4pm are the free admission hours for senior citizen (65+), you can choose to avoid these hours if you want to swim in a quiet swimming pool.
4. Water quality is great and the facility is brand new. I especially love that the sauna and steam rooms are separated by gender. The light is dimmed in the swimming pool, it would be great if it is brighter.
The only thing will prevent me from visiting again is probably the locker. I would appreciate to be able to use my own lock instead of paying $10 every time. First time visitor may feel $20 for locker and hair dryer is inconvenient if they didn't bring that much money with them. Some people, like me, only bring enough money for the admission ticket when going swimming. I probably overlook the information on their website, but it would be nice to mention these rules on their website or social media platform.

When I was paying the admission ticket, I overheard that if you want go to the gym, you need to bring a towel with you, otherwise you cannt be admitted. Weird rule, but it is what it is. They sell towel for $40 TWD at the customer service counter in case you didn't bring one. Just a small one like kitchen towel, not the big one you use to wrap your body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sports Complex - Well built and designed to hold many sports events, including Swimming Competitions (50 Meter Lanes), and an Olympic Diving Pool at the basement. The pool area also has leisure type pools and hot water spas.
On the ground floor, you will find carpeted badminton and basketball courts, table tennis area and various other rooms for different sports.
Overall, it is very well designed for a wide variety of indoor sports - the only thing missing is a proper parking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience from the swim meet today:
1. No locker room! cannot change out of swimsuit after the race. What kind of national swim meet has no changing facilities, at all?
2. Too much Chlorine, a lot of coughing for the swimmers (and cannot rinse off since there’s no showering facilities)
3. Lanes 0 and 9 are at edge of pool with no wage breaker lane lines. The waves bounce straight break from edge of pool, unfair to swimmers assigned to these lanes.
A terribly organized meet in a terrible facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go swimming there. The pool is amazing and huge. The staff is friendly and they offer lessons. The gym is small but I guess does the job. If you just want the gym go to another place. If you want the other things, basketball, badminton, swimming, diving, etc. then I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This facility is about 3 years new and in really nice condition. There are basketball courts, badminton courts, ping pong tables, weight and cardio room, and archery. I am a season pass swim member, since I fell in love with the three pools at first sight. There are two competition size 50m pools and a dive pool where scuba diving classes are held. My children are swim team members here. The only downside is the water is extremely cold in the winter since the pool temperature is solar powered. There is a nice spa area with jacuzzi jet streams, dry and wet saunas. Although the spa water temperature is not as warm as the hot springs, it is a convenient alternative for us urban dwellers.
