E	Elise McKenzie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free access for tourists! What a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Taipei. I spent a few hours here browsing the awesome collection of design books. Just beautiful. The Songshan Creative Park is a great place to explore as well. Must visit!
P	Philip Bergqvist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting place to use as a day workspace. You buy a day pass for 100 NTD and you can leave and come back as you wish. The space has two rooms. The first room is mostly a reading room. The second room down some stairs has seating suitable for working. There is WiFi and lots of power outlets (on the under side of the tables). It was empty in the morning but got quite busy in the afternoon. This is not a cafe but you can probably bring a bottled drink inside. The restrooms are outside in the main building, which is a little bit of a hassle, especially since you have to take your shoes off.

S	Sharon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal place to spend a morning/afternoon to read or work on your project. They have a good selection of books about interior design, fashion, graphic design and so on. Entrance fee is fair- TWD 80 for general ticket and TWD 60 for students. It’s an one-day pass so you can re-enter as many times as you want within the day.

s	sherlyn ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ finally, the library of my dreams! all the books and magazine are art, design, and craft-related. you can find both local and international publications--even magazines like Flow. periodically they also have an exhibition in the basement area; there was a zine exhibition when i went. the space is tiny but has enough seating area, from working desks to sofas and beanbags. or if you're more of an outdoor person, then you're in luck because they do have seatings outside too, surrounded by greens. such a lovely space! i went on a Sunday and it wasn't too crowded. a lot of people here are working or doing their homework. entry ticket is 80 NTD per day and if you register for membership, you can borrow 2 books for a week or so. i wish they have a monthly ticketing option because i'd be visiting every day!
