★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is slow as you would expect at a public facility. It is a bit pricey (still cheaper than an external descent clinic) almost all staff speaks English from the doctor to the security guard. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. The students and interns are very thorough during intake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a veterinary service with probably low funding, low priority among the faculties, the team and specialists are professional. They must have passion else it is challenging to continue working here.
They are SME, and we should trust their judgement.
You'll need to be prepared to spend a day here. You can get food and coffee at a nearby 7-11 and Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarantine section: They took care of my friends dog, Oreo. They provide quality dog food and paid attention to diet. They were able to meet our requests for more food because we thought he was too skinny.
Was able to have lots of visiting time each day. They let us bring in familiar items to Oreo, like his toys and bed, so he feels more at home. The cage wasn't too small so he wasn't cramped. Staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They really made the best of a not good situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend. They were very thorough examining my cat. They even called my previous vet to find out what medication it took. They approached the animals with respect. It was first time for me to get an appointment. I had to be there 7 AM for three possible slots. Once I got a number, the rest is just waiting for 8:30 for register. The rest of the process is quite smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so upset. Called in advance to check any rabbit savvy vet, I was planning on making an appointment, but was told to bring him since the ONe and ONLY 1st timer spot was available. As my bun was with me in the office, I dropped whatever I was doing and took a cab over.
I thought I was successful since I got the number from the registration machine and it said "only one spot"
However, the registration staff now told me the first timer spot is gone and told me to come again the next week???
The little one is not feeling well, and you think it's fun for him to travel back and forth for not knowing whether he would be able to see a vet?
So much a lottery system out of bureaucracy which weighs over the value of lives. Rules and regs are made by man, you should have done better. No wonder my friends told me "It is merely a government agency"
