這三個月來真的很謝謝Ruby營養師和敬鈞營養師的陪伴!兩位總是很有耐心的回答每一個問題。因為腸胃沒有很好的關係,吃澱粉很容易脹氣,所以超級不愛吃澱粉,但是在這段時間,Ruby營養師和敬鈞營養師不僅一步步的帶我慢慢習慣吃澱粉,還很細心的教導各種飲食的小知識。 在課程期間不僅是單純的照著菜單吃飯,而是認真學到怎麼吃對的食物。從一開始很怕外食,聽到要出去聚餐就會很焦慮的時期,到現在知道要怎麼在聚餐完後,調整接下來幾天的飲食,慢慢回到飲食控制的軌道上。讓我印象深刻的是,Ruby營養師特別在打疫苗前後,很貼心的告訴我該注意什麼,打完疫苗之後可以怎麼做會幫助減緩副作用的不適。 這次課程最大的收穫,不僅是學到該怎麼正確的吃東西,還有主動開始重訓,想要變得更健康的那個自己 (о´∀`о)

謝謝小葳營養師十二周的陪伴! 真的是因為之前亂走很多錯的路才更能感受Nuturefit 在營養上的專業! 在將近三個月的時間裡面,有很多以前錯誤減脂期留下的遺毒和一些被網路資訊轟炸所存有的疑惑跟迷思,都在小葳的幫助下得到解答和治癒。 除了學會怎麼正確的估算營養外,收穫最大的是終於知道自己所謂的「放縱吃」是到甚麼程度,遇到想吃甜點的時候也知道怎麼調整其他餐的比例,而不再是用抽象的罪惡感去「覺得」自己要斷食,也不再用「壞食物」的標籤來綁架自己陷入暴食和後悔的惡性循環裡。 雖說本來純粹只是為了要恢復停了快2年的生理期才報名Nuturefit的進階營養課,過程中也常因為體重的增加而感到挫折和不安,但在這條恢復的路上,真的很慶幸能有小葳的專業和鼓勵,在一方面要扛住我不安的同時,還是努力的推我向前嘗試,讓我知道跟相信自己這次是在往對的方向前進,也終於有能力去正視跟修補身體和食物的關係。 總之真的很開心在一個年底年初轉換之際遇上Nuturefit,算是揮別過去那個被網路資訊嚇到以為有一堆代謝疾病而把身體搞壞的自己,雖然現在一個意外從單純恢復生理期又加開了增肌這個副本,但接下來會好好給身體時間去慢慢恢復跟變得健康,真的真的謝謝小葳 :)

我是買12週的全方位課程,主要是給俞瑄營養師照顧飲食~ 在這12週裡我有很多改變,像是: 1. 現在比較知道一餐要吃到多少的蔬菜量才叫做有吃得夠,也比較知道菜單要怎麼點燙青菜,就是要記得標註「清燙」 2. 體會到喝水的重要性,未來會繼續注意自己的喝水量 3. 看待食物的方式跟以前不一樣,以前看食物是看食物本身,現在是直接翻譯成:這是蛋白質、這是澱粉、這是蔬菜類 4. 排便的部分從計畫開始之後就非常非常的順暢,關於這點我真的覺得很神奇很感謝 5. 我覺得有定期與營養師通話對我來說算是有一定的幫助,可以幫助我回顧前一個月的計畫執行狀況,算是幫我每個月做一次反思 6. 情緒不穩定不想吃健康食物的時候,可以得到營養師的安慰跟鼓勵我覺得蠻暖心的~ 如果單純從數值上來看的話,我三個月(12週)瘦兩公斤(這是幾乎沒有額外運動的情況下,如果有搭配運動,減脂的效果應該會更明顯)。其實我的體重有一度降了三公斤,但整個計畫的後半可能因為個人情緒不穩的關係,體重就回升了~ 飽足感的部分,整個計畫裡面沒有餓到肚子,不會覺得飽足感不夠。反而中午跟同事出去吃飯,我常常是點最多的那個(同事可能就只點一碗麵,我除了點一碗最簡單的麵,還要額外點蛋白質跟燙青菜)。 整體而言,我覺得12週下來算是學到蠻多的,也會把這12週學到的飲食習慣應用在未來的飲食上。有幾個我比較不喜歡的地方,像是體態紀錄需要拍攝體態照片,要每個禮拜面對自己肥滋滋的身體比較反感一些(但這也不是營養師的錯啦是我個人不喜歡自己的身材)。 如果要推薦選擇哪個方案的話,我個人認為有通話的方案不錯,可以每個月針對飲食跟身體狀況做一次反思,但是12週我又覺得有點太長了哈哈XD
