為什麼要以最差的方式詢問訪客？保全雷先生堅守崗位保護住戶的隱私是很值得讚賞的事情！但是卻要以別人不舒服的態度去待人？相對的，這樣不就於住戶的門面不過如此？這樣的禮儀就是NY住戶可接受的素養？那確定這樣的保全問題真的是安全無疑的嗎？講白一樣，就好像養了一隻惡犬在門口，不讓人靠近，保護自己？?笑話
