教練在你每次衝完之後，跟你說動作上面還有需要調整的地方，讓你慢慢掌握這樣的感覺，衝到浪也覺得很有成就感?
結論是...回家好好練習棒式，因為衝浪需要核心跟上半身要抬，不然教練還沒放棄你，你就先沒力只好放棄???
